    i. The returning user coupon pack is only available to Trainpal users who have registered and purchased at least one product on Trainpal.

6. RESTRICTIONS:
  a. Once claimed, the Coupon is valid for certain days (listed above) after which it will expire and will no longer be available for use. The validity of the promo codes cannot be extended.
  b. The Coupon can only be used once and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers, promotions, or discounts.
  c. The Coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  d. The Coupon can be claimed only once per user.

  b. To the extent permitted by law Trainpal will not be liable for any losses, damages, expenses, costs or claims arising out of or relating to this promotion, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
  c. Trainpal reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  d. You may not use multiple email addresses, identities, or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. Trainpal reserves the right to cancel any bookings of members who engage in fraudulent, disruptive, or abusive behaviour or who violate these terms.

  f. These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and the courts of the Netherlands will have jurisdiction over any dispute. This will not deprive you of any mandatory rights of your home country.
