• Luggage: Make sure you keep your bags with you at all times and store them in the overhead racks or luggage areas when available. They mustn't obstruct walkways or prevent people from moving around.
• Bicycles: Normal bikes are welcome on off-peak services only. Restrictions apply for trains heading to London or Brighton during the morning or evening commute times. There are no restrictions for folding bikes when stored as luggage.
• Children: When travelling with an adult, little ones under 5 travel free (without a seat). Children between 5 and 15 get tickets at half price, and 16-17 year olds can save 50% with a railcard.
• Pets: Your furry pals can come with you on your trip from Eastbourne to London Victoria as long as they don't take up a seat. Up to 2 pets per passenger can travel for free. Dogs need to be on a short lead and other animals in carriers.
