How can I use cash back on TrainPal?

There are currently no related activities on the website. Please download the app to enjoy additional benefits. For instance, you can earn cash back through our "invite & earn" feature.

To do so, access your account and tap on "invite a Friend". From there, select "invite friends". If your friends download the TrainPal App and register using your invite, you will receive a £3 promo code. There is no limit to the number of times you can earn this reward.

Additionally, for each friend you invite who places their first valid booking, you will receive an extra £3 in your PalWallet. Furthermore, you will receive 1% cashback of the total booking amount made by your friend within 30 days, which will be credited to your PalWallet.

How to refer a friend/ share the invite code via TrainPal?

To invite a friend, first access your account and tap on "invite a Friend". From there, select "invite friends". You can choose to share the invitation link with your friends on any other app, or you can share the invite code directly by entering your friends' email.
